Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. We will notify you if there is stock shortage or delay.
2. Shipping Carriers
We use international express and postal services according to destination, including DHL, FedEx and registered air mail.
3. Delivery Time
- Express shipping: 3–7 business days
- Regular air mail: 10–25 business days
Delivery time is an estimate, not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs, weather or local logistics.
4. Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any import tax, customs duty or clearance fee charged by your country. We do not cover these extra costs.
5. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect address.
6. Tracking
Once shipped, we will send you the tracking number by email. You can track your package online.
7. Damaged or Lost Package
Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged or is marked lost by the carrier. Photos are required for claim support.
