1. Inspection Period
Please check your package immediately after receipt. If the product arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, you must contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery, and provide photos or videos as evidence.
2. Return Conditions
- Only products with confirmed manufacturing quality defects qualify for return or replacement.
- We DO NOT accept returns for products damaged by static electricity, wrong power supply, soldering, firmware mis-flashing, modification or customer misuse.
- Sample orders are non-refundable unless there is a confirmed factory defect.
3. Shipping Cost for Returns
✅ If the return is caused by our quality issue: We will cover the return shipping cost.
❌ If you return goods due to personal reasons such as incompatibility with your project, wrong purchase or no longer needed:
All shipping fees, import duties, customs charges and related expenses shall be borne by the buyer. A restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
4. Refund Timeline
After we receive, inspect and confirm the returned goods, we will process the refund within 5 working days. The refund will be returned to your original PayPal payment account.
5. Limited Warranty
We provide limited hardware warranty. The warranty does not cover ESD damage, overvoltage damage, user modification or improper operation damage.
